Michela Del Piero

Graduated from the Cattolica University of Milan, she has been a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts since 1993. After a significant experience in a nationally important tax office, in 1999, she founded the Firm together with Lorenzo Sirch and Gianfilippo Cattelan. From 2004 to 2008, she was councillor for financial resources, heritage, planning and control and equal opportunities for the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region. Since 2015, she has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of a local Banca Popolare. Since 2016, she has been Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of the Italian Banking Association (ABI) and currently attends the course organised by the SAF on Business Crisis. She has held and holds the office of manager, statutory auditor and member of the Supervisory Board 231 in primary industrial and financial companies. On behalf of the Court of Udine, she followed bankruptcy and judicial proceedings, and preventive agreements. In 2017, she attended the Advanced Training Course organised by SAF Triveneta in collaboration with ABI on the subject of Corporate Finance. She is specialised in tax, corporate and contract consulting and assistance.

Lorenzo Sirch

Graduated from the Bocconi University of Milan, he has been a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts since 1993. After a significant experience in a leading notary firm in Milan, in 1999, he founded the Firm together with Michela Del Piero and Gianfilippo Cattelan. Since 2007, he has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of a local Cooperative Credit Bank. In the four-year period between 2013 and 2016, he was President of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Udine. From 2017, he is a member of the National Council of the Order responsible for finance and company law. He has held and holds the office of administrator, statutory auditor and member of the Supervisory Body 231 in leading industrial, financial and insurance companies. Moreover, he has held positions of technical expert, receiver and has been a member of the crisis management bodies appointed by the Courts of Udine, Gorizia, Trieste and the Public Prosecutor of Udine. In 2017, he attended the Advanced Training Course organised by SAF Triveneta in coordination with the Italian Assessment Body (OIC) on the subject of company evaluation. He is specialised in consulting in the extraordinary finance operations field.

Graduated from the University of Trieste, she has been a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts since 1998. She is a member of "Del Piero, Sirch & Associates Firm - Chartered Accountants” since 2006. She has held and holds the position of statutory auditor in various companies. In addition to that, she mainly works as an ordinary consultant for tax matters in favour of significant local businesses. During the most recent years, she has specialised in assistance in issues of international taxation.

Graduated from the University of Trieste, he has been a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts since 2003. Since 2002, he has collaborated with the "Del Piero, Sirch & Associates Firm - Chartered Accountants", of which he has become an associate since 2006. Since 2017, he has been a member of the Board of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Udine. In 2017, he attended the Advanced Training Course organised by SAF Triveneta in collaboration with ABI on the subject of Corporate Finance. At the moment, he is attending the course organised by the same SAF on Business Crisis. He is administrator, statutory auditor and member of the Supervisory Body 231 in industrial companies. Her is also specialised in tax and corporate consultancy, with particular reference to extraordinary transactions. On behalf of the Court of Udine, he performs the role of curator and delegate to sales in real estate executions.

Graduated from the University of Udine, she has been registered at the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts since 2008 and since then, she has collaborated with the "Del Piero, Sirch & Associates Firm- Chartered Accountants". She is specialised in the preparation and verification of financial statements and tax returns and supports her colleagues in technical consulting and extraordinary finance transactions. She is currently attending the Advanced Training Course organised by SAF Triveneta in terms of Management Control, planning and control techniques, finance and corporate governance.

From 1997 to 2007, she had a permanent occupation as official at the office in charge of notifications, executions and protests of the Courts of Monza and Udine, section of Palmanova. Enrolled since 1992 at the College of Accountants of Trani and currently registered at the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts, since 2007 she has collaborated with the "Del Piero, Sirch & Associates Firm - Chartered Accountants". She is specialised in the operational management of bankruptcy proceedings.

Francesco Santarelli

Graduated from the Luigi Bocconi Economics University of Milan, he has been enrolled at the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts since 2018. He has been collaborating with "Del Piero, Sirch & Associates Firm - Chartered Accountants" since 2015. His main occupation is to prepare the financial statements and tax declarations and to support his colleagues in company evaluation activities, bankruptcy procedures and technical advice. He is currently attending the Advanced Training Course organised by SAF Triveneta in terms of Management Control, planning and control techniques, finance and corporate governance.
